HOW DOES IT COMPARE TO COLOSTRUM?

It contains approximately 50% immunoglobulins, compared to 20–25% in colostrum. It binds to a greater number of harmful pathogens, antigens, & endotoxins, helping to promote the body’s innate resistance.

It is more species–appropriate. In nature, carnivores would routinely consume the blood of their prey, whereas colostrum is really only intended to be consumed in the first few days of life.

Colostrum is not recommended for animals with hormone–induced or hormone–reactive cancers, whereas Pawsitive Immunity does not contain the hormones that have the potential to stimulate these cancers.

Dosage

Can be given during or after mealtime once (x1) per day according to your pet’s weight.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Pets up to 20 pounds - 1/4 teaspoon daily

Pets 21 to 60 pounds - 1/2 teaspoon daily

Pets 60 pounds - 1 teaspoon daily

Ingredients

Serum-derived bovine immunoglobulin/protein isolate (SBI).

SBI is an agglomerated powder purified from edible bovine plasma (blood). Due to its high immunoglobulin content, it is an excellent natural source of IgG for digestive health & immune support. It is a unique alternative to bovine colostrum, & it contains no lactose or milk proteins, such as casein & β-lactoglobulin, which can be poorly tolerated by some animals.

Pawsitive Immunity comes from bovine serum collected in New Zealand from grass-fed, hormone & antibiotic free, ethically-raised cows.
